Who runs the practice
Strategic Consultant
Akunna leads Exodust and its advisory work across career strategy, business and product strategy, operations, AI and automation. A Product Leader and Solutions Architect, her experience spans strategy, technology, operations and professional development, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to complex individual, business and organisational challenges.
She has more than a decade of experience advising professionals on career strategy, alongside extensive experience in product leadership, digital products and technology, including the development and training of product professionals.
Akunna holds a Master’s degree in Project Management and Operations Management from the University of Huddersfield, is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect, and holds a Product Leader Certificate from Product School.
Her expertise sits at the intersection of strategy, technology and execution. Product leadership brings a focus on value, market and strategic priorities, while solutions architecture provides the technical perspective required to assess feasibility, systems and the capabilities needed to deliver at scale.
This breadth informs Exodust’s approach to consulting: examining challenges within their wider strategic, commercial, operational and technological context, establishing clear direction, and determining what is required to move from strategy to execution.
How engagements run
Every client starts with a consultation. What follows depends on what it establishes.
