Refinery
Refinery is Exodust's deeper consulting and implementation model for engagements requiring more than an advisory session. It brings together the analysis, capability, expertise and execution support required to move an agreed strategy forward. Every engagement is individually scoped.
What it covers
What Refinery can include
Not every engagement includes all of this. What is included depends on the client, the problem identified and the priorities that came out of consultation.
How engagements work
Refinery engagements are scoped according to the work required. Every engagement is shaped by the problem, the gaps identified and the depth of support needed.
Engagement duration is determined by scope. Some work is focused and short-term; more complex implementation or organisational engagements may run over an extended period.
The problem, the position and the strategic direction are established before any engagement is scoped.
We define what the engagement covers: the work, the support involved and what it is intended to produce.
Once the scope is agreed, you receive a proposal setting out the engagement.
The engagement runs against the agreed scope, with progress reviewed and the strategy refined as circumstances change.
Getting started
Where an Assessment identifies work requiring deeper analysis, development or implementation, we can scope a Refinery engagement directly from the findings.
If you already have a defined business or organisational requirement, you can approach Exodust directly. We will hold an initial scoping conversation to understand the requirement before proposing an engagement.
